45 minute flow – At the beginning of this session, I make reference to the breathing app. I often use this app for about 10 minutes prior to teaching to synch my breath and bring attention to my body in the moment. Here’s the link – Also in this session, there’s some emphasis on pandiculation which is the natural expansion that many animals do upon rising after a period of rest. Think of your dog and cat. We can think of this expansion from centre outward to enhance any position, ensuring a healthy load on the fascial net. When the fascial net is healthy and functioning optimally, it helps to put a little spring in our step and we play with this in standing at the end of the session.
