45 minute flow – This week I”l be focusing on fascial loading in order to optimize the health of this vital support network. In this class we load from all different directions in various positions relative to gravity. When we’re loading the fascial net, it feels like a “stretch” or a connection of one part of the body to another. It’s different than a classical stretch in that our focus in on maintaining centre and lengthened through this centre. We finish up with some standing exploring fascial elasticity through soft landings and recoil.
