1 hour movement flow – we’re finishing off our week of focusing on the fascial net and the support it provides. A healthy fascial net transmits forces throughout our body so that there isn’t concentration of force on any one tissue. The fascial net also helps us to lighten our landing and in doing so transmit forces through the body. The ninja principle of a quiet landing automatically activates the fascial net. We use this principle in a brief HIIT workout at the end of the session.
