Description

1 hour movement flow with Kris. Some twists and turns in this workout. These rotations really wake up the spine and prepare you for activities like walking and running. Q and A – Kris addresses calluses on the feet and how they tell the story of the forces that are going through the feet. Ideally calluses are evenly distributed across the ball of the foot. Watch for some strategies to even things out as you improve the movement in your foot.
