In this 40 minute class, I focused on various movement sequences aimed at coordinating the movements involved in squatting. We often think of the ability to squad being related to strength, however, when the movement is free and well-organized, the force that our muscles need to generate is decreased. This ultimately places less wear and tear on the body.
