Description

30-minute standing movement flow. Experience how it’s possible to release your spine, hips, and shoulders without having to get down on the ground. As these movements become more well organized, you’ll find that your balance improves (not through bracing but connecting and grounding), and so does your strength or ability to do work. Remember you can choose one of these movements as a “movement snack”.
