30-minute Movement Exploration

In this short class, we rotate through our spines in order to balance the activation in the front and back of the body. In doing so, you’ll find improved freedom of movement as well as a greater sense of length and space in your spine. I encourage you to use the cuing to guide you through a sensory exploration of your movement.
