Founder Kris Desjardins teaches a live one-hour class Saturday mornings. Movement sequences are demonstrated and participants are guided to mobilize, strengthen and nourish. In other words, everything you need to thrive, whether you’re doing chores or participating in the activity of your choice.
Classes are influenced by Kris’ experience as a Physiotherapist, the somatic roots of the Pilates method, and Kris’ current and ongoing Feldenkrais Method Training.
